In this workshop we will explore how to manage teams’ need for certainty when a redundancy situation is announced whilst staying ‘on message’. We will explore the role of collective consultation (when it occurs) and its relationship with individual consultation. We will also explore what’s involved in the process of selecting employees and how to ensure fair treatment as the process is followed through.
