Vista Welcomes Two New Learning Experts to its Team

The learning division of the Vista team is growing rapidly, and off the back of the recent success we are so excited to be strengthening our team with two new employee relations training experts, Sharon Andrew and Sarah Walker.

Hello, Sharon!

Sharon has been working in HR for over 30 years, with a vibrant background working for companies including Centrica, Whitbread, Equans and the NHS. CIPD qualified, she has enjoyed a range of roles including HR Generalist, Regional HR Manager and Employee Relations (ER) specialist roles, with responsibility for complex ER cases headed to the Employment Tribunal.

Sharon has always had a passion for Learning and Development, particularly in Management Development and the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion field, and having designed and delivered learning programmes (and won awards for them!) throughout her career, now is the time to take that passion full-time with Vista.

At the weekend you’ll find Sharon out and about the Cheshire and Derbyshire countryside with her husband Jeff and bouncy Springerdoodle, Skye, or searching for the next in her impressive collection of Single Malt Scottish Whisky.

Hello, Sarah!

Sarah is a qualified solicitor, having worked as an in-house employment lawyer in central government for most of her career. Sarah has quite the impressive side-hustle, teaching music, singing and English as a foreign language.

Now turning her arm to the part of her job she enjoys the most, Sarah will be joining the Vista team as an Employee Relations trainer.

Sarah has a special interest in training on changes in legislation, in-house HR, handling employee relations processes and the impact doing this well can have on a workplace. This move marks a point in Sarah’s career where she is excited to focus on training and providing a space for companies and their people to thrive.

At the weekend you’ll find Sarah planning her next trip abroad, brushing up on her French or chilling out with Gwendolen, her beautiful British Blue cat.

We can’t wait to introduce you all to Sarah and Sharon soon, you’ll see them out and about delivering training in everything from dignity at work, managing investigations, and cracking difficult conversations. (See our training courses here).

Please say hello and give them a very warm welcome.
