We provide practical, bespoke and relatable leadership and management training for line managers and HR teams. Vista’s blended learning programmes provide you with practical, fun and ‘real-world’ leadership training, delivered by learning experts, employment lawyers or HR professionals.

We cover a broad spectrum of topics, including team connectivity, leadership skills and leading and managing change. We are Colour Insights and NLP certified too.

Our golden rule is no PowerPoint; instead we produce workbooks that delegates can refer back to. This helps your training session to be full of life, and for your team to focus on, and participate in, trainer-led discussion exercises.

A half or one day practical, participative programme covering the key principles and techniques for giving effective feedback. By attending this workshop, delegates will be able to use feedback to drive high performance, and identify what stops them from giving feedback, positive and negative.

A one day practical, participative programme covering the key principles and techniques for team connectivity and effectiveness. Self-discovery and understanding others, using Colour Insights to make the most of relationships that impact at work. By the end of this session delegates will understand why collaboration is so important, and how to flex to situations to bring the best out of their team.

Dealing with Difficult Behaviours

A half or one day practical, participative programme covering the key principles and techniques for dealing with difficult behaviours and/or situations. In this session our leadership trainers will help your employees to explain the reasons behind why difficult behaviours arise, which in turn helps managers to effectively manage and diffuse them quickly. This workshop will give your team practical tools and techniques in dealing with difficult behaviours that they can use as soon as they go back to their desks.

Leadership Skills & Leading Others

A half or one day practical, participative programme covering the key principles, leadership skills and techniques for leading others. Kicking off with and exercise to explore the difference between management and leadership, we’ll use group activities to focus in on the key elements that leaders need to balance, to effectively lead a team. A half or one day practical, participative virtual workshop designed to help people understand themselves and others using Colour Insights discovery to make the most of relationships that impact them in work. By the end of this virtual session delegates will be able to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of how others like to work, ad how to adapt to these situations to become a better leader.

High Performing Teams

A half or one day practical, participative programme covering the key principles and techniques for driving high performing teams. By working together to identify the characteristics of a high performing team, this workshop will explore the stages of team development and growth, and evaluate the 5 dysfunctions of a team. By understanding these concepts, your team will be able to implement the action plan the need to drive high team performance in your workplace.

Leading and Managing Change

A half or one day practical, participative programme covering the key principles and techniques for leading and managing change effectively. During this session, our leadership experts will explore why change feels like such a rollercoaster ride for people, we’ll look at the change curve, and then we’ll delve into various models which will help us to understand an manage behaviours during change.

Motivating People and Engaging Others

A half or one day practical, participative programme covering the key principles and techniques for effectively motivating people and engaging others. In this workshop we’ll work in groups to test motivation and explore motivation theory. By the end of the workshop your team will be well versed in identifying the actions they need to take to create a motivating and engaging culture at work.

A one day practical, participative programme to deepen understanding of diversity and inclusion through the lens of colour insights and colour energies, promoting awareness, empathy, and effective communication within the workplace.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) for Business

A one day practical, participative programme designed to introduce participants to NLP and its practical applications in the business context. Through practical hands-on activities and examples, participants will learn how to leverage NLP techniques to improve their communication, flexibility, resourcefulness and relationship building skills.
