On-Site Training

Our leadership development training and HR courses provide you with practical, fun and ‘real-world’ workshops delivered by employment lawyers or HR professionals.

We get to know your business, your culture, your ‘vocabulary’ and what happens day to day at your workplace. We then use this information to draw up bespoke case studies and exercises which resonate with your employees.

We cover a broad spectrum of skills, including; proactive people management, driving performance, tackling difficult conversations, leadership development training and our flagship dignity at work programme. Whilst for your HR teams we focus on redundancy, TUPE and negotiating with your trade union.

By using a range of different tools, including our suite of re-constructions of real Vista experiences alongside digital learning content – this learning experience sticks.
